Dave Keery was able to do what no one else had done to date: envision how to squeeze in a full-bath on the third floor of a 200-year-old home that didn't frustrate the plumbers or the carpenter. Most important to me, he designed a space so efficient and attractive that you would think the bathroom was original to the house. I'd hire Keery Design for any home renovation.

Keery Design planned my retirement home in Scituate, MA on the same lot of land owned by my daughter and son-in-law. Because of zoning regulations the house was limited to 750 square feet.
